All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans mentioned on this platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Copyright Protection
All original content created and published by EuroEd is protected by copyright. This includes, without limitation:
- Educational and instructional materials related to communication skills and reflective learning
- Interactive quizzes, tests, and assessment content
- Visual design elements, interface layouts, and graphic assets
- Written descriptions, explanations, and feedback texts
- Software code underlying the platform's functionality

By submitting content to the platform, you grant EuroEd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with providing and improving the platform's services.
5.3 Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the platform. EuroEd does not claim ownership of user-submitted content but reserves the right to remove any content that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates this policy, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may reference, link to, or incorporate content belonging to third parties. Such third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their own intellectual property terms. EuroEd does not grant any rights in third-party content and is not responsible for such content.
References to third-party products, services, or organizations on this platform do not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by EuroEd.
7. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
7.1 Notice of Infringement
If you believe that any content on euroed.digital infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us promptly. Your notice should include the following information:
- A description of the intellectual property right you claim has been infringed
- A description of the content on our platform that you claim is infringing
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of applicable law, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner

7.3 Response to Infringement Notices
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, EuroEd will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. EuroEd reserves the right to request additional information before taking action.
8. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to EuroEd at the contact details listed above. Your counter-notification should include:
- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of applicable law, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant authority for your location
9. Repeat Infringers
EuroEd maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. EuroEd reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeat infringement in its sole discretion.
10. Software and Technology
The software powering euroed.digital, including all associated code, algorithms, databases, and technical infrastructure, constitutes proprietary technology owned by EuroEd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform's software, nor may you attempt to extract the source code or reverse engineer the software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have EuroEd's written permission.
11. Open Source Components
The platform may incorporate open-source software components. Where open-source components are used, they are subject to their respective open-source licenses. Nothing in this policy restricts your rights under those open-source licenses, nor does it grant you any rights beyond what those licenses provide.
